ScaffoldCalculators.com offers free scaffold and temporary works calculators for structural engineers, temporary works designers, project managers and scaffolding contractors. The site is funded by a single, non-intrusive sponsorship slot: the lead banner at the top of every page.
Each country has one exclusive sponsor. A visitor in the United Kingdom sees the UK sponsor, a visitor in the United States sees the US sponsor, and visitors from countries without a sponsor see an “Advertise here” banner that links to this page.
Where the banner appears
The banner sits directly below the site header, at the top of every page, before any other content:
The home page and every calculator: Beam Check, Scaffold Base Calculator and TG20 Platform Checker.
About, Contact, Disclaimer, Privacy and every page added in the future.
It is the only paid placement on the site: no pop-ups, no side rails and no competing ads.

How country sponsorship works
The lead banner works the same way on every page:
Exclusive: one sponsor per country, so yours is the only brand visitors from your market see in that slot.
Automatic: when a page opens, the visitor’s country is looked up from their IP address and the matching sponsor banner is shown. If the lookup fails, or there is no sponsor for that country, the “Advertise here” banner is shown instead.
Responsive: desktop visitors see a standard 728 × 90 leaderboard; on tablets and phones the same banner scales down to the screen width without cropping.
Clearly labelled: sponsor banners carry a small “Sponsored” tag and open your website in a new tab.
Non-personalised: the banner depends only on the visitor’s country. No cookies, tracking or visitor profiles are used.

Project managers and site managers estimating materials and loads.
Scaffolding contractors and designers working to TG20 and BS EN 12811-1.

Banner specifications
Supply one banner per country:
Size: 728 × 90 px. For sharp results on high-resolution screens, supply 1456 × 180 px.
Format: PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, ideally under 150 KB.
Static artwork only: no animation, video, sound or third-party tracking pixels.
Destination: one link of your choice. UTM tags are welcome, so you can measure clicks in your own analytics.
Content: relevant to construction, engineering, scaffolding, access, safety, or related software and services.
The image is hosted on this site, so it loads fast and no visitor data reaches you unless someone chooses to click.
Pricing and booking
Sponsorship is sold per country for a fixed period, monthly or annually. Pricing depends on the country and is available on request.
Send your company name, the country or countries you want, your preferred start date and your landing page.
We confirm availability and price, and reserve the country for you.
You send the artwork, and your banner goes live once it has been checked.
Independence and privacy
Sponsorship never influences calculator methods, results or editorial content. We may decline artwork or advertisers that are not relevant or could mislead users, and we never share visitor data with sponsors. See the Privacy & cookie policy for details.
